Sengtoto — Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using sengtoto's services. By registering or using the platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.
Effective Date: These Terms & Conditions take effect from 1 January 2026 and apply to all users of the sengtoto platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the sengtoto platform — whether via web browser or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply fully with these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to continue using the sengtoto platform. Continued use following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.
The sengtoto platform is intended for adults aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the required age and are legally eligible to participate in online entertainment activities within your jurisdiction.
Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the sengtoto platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information may result in your account being terminated and any associated funds forfeited.
- You are fully responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential.
- All activity that occurs under your account is entirely your responsibility.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the sengtoto support team immediately.
- You may not transfer, sell, or give away your account to any other party.
User Responsibilities and Usage Rules
Users agree to use the sengtoto platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised tools to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or compromise the integrity of any game or platform system.
- Sharing your login credentials with others or allowing another person to use your account.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
- Distributing content that is unlawful, harmful, disruptive, or infringes on the rights of others.
- Attempting to access unauthorised sections of the platform or its technical systems.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, freezing of funds, and appropriate legal action.

All financial transactions on the sengtoto platform — including deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). No currency conversion fees apply, as all accounts are RM-based.
Deposit
- The minimum deposit is RM10 for methods such as TNG eWallet, with higher minimums applicable for other methods such as FPX.
- Deposited funds are typically credited to your account within minutes once transaction confirmation is received.
- You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits via third-party accounts are not permitted.
Withdrawal
- Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet that has been verified in the account holder's name.
- Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or when withdrawal amounts exceed a certain threshold.
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method chosen and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several business days.
- Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated in their respective promotional terms. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
Unauthorised Transactions
Sengtoto reserves the right to hold, review, or reverse any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. Any funds obtained through illegitimate means may be forfeited.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, sengtoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting, service interruptions, loss of data, or unauthorised access to your account.
The sengtoto platform is provided "as is" without any warranties. While we strive to maintain continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, interruptions, or technical faults. In the event of a technical disruption affecting active bets, sengtoto reserves the right to settle those bets in accordance with established policy, which may include cancelling and refunding the bets in question.
All payments and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only. No foreign currency conversion is required.
Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
Sengtoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a user's account at any time where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:
- Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
- Confirmation that the user is under 18 years of age.
- Activities indicating fraud, manipulation, or the use of unfair methods.
- Requests from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
- User registers using false information or another person's identity.
When an account is suspended pending investigation, the user may be unable to access funds in that account until the investigation is concluded. Decisions regarding funds in a closed account are subject to sengtoto management's determination following a thorough investigation.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Eligible funds will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to applicable wagering requirements and policies.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Legal
All content on the sengtoto platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of sengtoto or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or use any of this content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The sengtoto platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for user convenience. sengtoto has no control over the content of third-party websites and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of such services.
Changes to Terms
Sengtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the most recent amendment date displayed. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the sengtoto platform shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation between both parties before any legal action is taken.
